Today it made me very proud to welcome pupils from Pegswood Primary to Parliament and take them to meet Jeremy Corbyn so he could hear just how good us Northumbrians are at singing Christmas carols!

Jeremy and the team from the Leader of the Opposition’s office were thrilled with their visitors from Wansbeck and it made their school trip even more special to see The Commons at Christmas.
